PATRICIA ROBERTSON, Property Manager
Ms. Robertson has enjoyed the field of property management for over 24 years including portfolio responsibilities and financial responsibilities. She has a comprehensive history of financial, leadership, and management experience; specializing in the preparation of budgets, the preparation and monitoring of financials, and the day-to-day operations of condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners association. Ms. Robertson is a hands-on type of person who meets with board and committee members to walk properties to discuss and examine problem areas. Until she obtains information required, Pat works tirelessly to investigate any issues presented to her from both board members and unit owners. Pat understands the concerns of association members regarding the curb appeal of their communities and works to improve the image of their communities.
Ms. Robertson’s experience includes marketing new properties; overseeing insurance claims; handling of emergency situations during non-office hours; financials (check preparation; reconciliation of bank statements, etc.), loan applications for condominium associations; preparation and coordination of bid specifications; contractor oversight; handling concerns and questions from owners; transitioning new properties; working with builders/developers, field inspections of common areas and individual units as required.
Ms. Robertson received her Associates Degree from the AXIA College at the University of Phoenix and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in business administration. She is currently in the process of obtaining her property manager license with the D.C.R.A. Real Estate Commission in the District of Columbia.
