As Managing Agent, the Paul Associates team would take over property inspections, oversight of maintenance, marketing and leasing of the property, rent collection, tenant relations, emergency response, and administrative duties required, all with the goal of maximizing the owner’s return on his investment. We’ll pay the bills, maintain a bank account for the property, and send the rest of the rental proceeds to you.
