Led by President Harold Ward, Paul Associates has assembled an experienced and qualified staff that can assist communities with identifying their future needs; prioritizing them; and exploring realistic funding for those future projects. As Managing Agent, the Paul Associates team has a “hands on” approach to building management, which means physical inspections of the community and familiarity with its many systems.

We carefully analyze and limit our portfolio to ensure that our dedicated property managers have the time to manage each   community effectively and provide them with the attention they deserve. We provide a full range of services including property management, financial services, and maintenance services with our in-house maintenance department. Our current portfolio includes all types of community associations – Cooperatives, Condominiums, and Homeowners Associations – throughout the D.C. metropolitan area. These associations vary in configuration from town homes to high-rise buildings, from historic older buildings to new, state-of-the-art construction.
