PATTY FLOYD, Assistant Property Manager
Patty Floyd recently joined Paul Associates on April 11, 2011. She has experience in contract management, contract negotiation and sales and marketing. Ms. Floyd has on-site management experience, as well as real estate experience in both Maryland and DC. She is extremely familiar with preparing monthly reports, and has a very strong customer relations background. Her previous systems analyst experience gives her the ability to streamline workflow, and increase performance and profits. She is used to overseeing large, time sensitive projects, and is committed to bring all aspects to completion within the required time frames. She is able to provide creative solutions to unique problems within acceptable guidelines. She is currently studying for her D.C. Property Manager’s license.
