JOAN FISHER, Accounting Supervisor
Joan Fisher joined Paul Associates, Inc. in 2002 and rapidly progressed to the accounting supervisor. Additionally, she has four (4) years experience as a licensed property manager in addition to fifteen (15) years of general office experience with various office, bookkeeping, and property management software, such as TOPS, Timberline, and Quick Books. Ms. Fisher has experience in personnel supervision, budget preparation, monthly accounts payable; accounts receivables, payroll and pension accounting and monthly statement preparation, (i.e. income statements, balance sheets, and monthly owner's statements and account reconciliation) are all tasks that Joan routinely performs.
Ms. Fisher has completed a business accounting program and has a degree from Wright Business School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Ms. Fisher is a licensed property manager with the DCRA Real Estate Commission in the District of Columbia.
