1)     Improving Property Value: Our primary goal is to increase the quality and value of each of our properties. We want our owners to be able to sell their homes at higher prices than they paid. We work tirelessly to enhance a property’s basic utility features and its amenities. As a company, we are constantly striving to improve, and we extend that practice to each of our properties as well.

 

2)     Making Home-Life Easier: We believe the home should be a low-stress environment. Utility issues, maintenance problems, and poor quality services all add to your stress and diminish your enjoyment of your home community. It is our job to worry about the basic functions of your community so you don’t have to.

 

3)     Building Lasting Relationships: Unlike other management companies that manage a property only for a year or two, Paul Associates routinely manages properties for long periods of time. Communities tend to renew their contracts with us, and we’ve managed many properties for more than a decade. We work to build mutually respectful, trustworthy, and beneficial relationships that stand the test of time. Simply put, the longer we work with a community the more accustomed we become to its needs and desires. We believe that consistency is the primary factor in client satisfaction.

We promise stellar service to all of our communities, and through our system, we can give you our best all the time.

We do not sit around waiting for problems to happen; problems are much more expensive than preparation. Our experience has prepared us for many eventualities, and we tailor our standard contingencies to each particular property.

As a managing agent, it is our duty to be available to you for emergencies and other pertinent issues. Additionally, Paul Associates takes steps to deliver speedy and effective follow-up to all reported issues.

    

7)     Teamwork: What differentiates Paul Associates from other management companies is our teamwork approach to management. While, each of our properties has one (1) assigned manager, the staff routinely shares information about properties in meetings and through our software. Therefore, every Paul Associates staff member is more than capable of appropriately handling general inquiries and issues.
