Led by President Harold Ward, Paul Associates has assembled an experienced and qualified staff that can assist communities with identifying their future needs, prioritizing them, and exploring realistic funding for those future projects. As Managing Agent, the Paul Associates team has a “hands on” approach to property management, characterized by regular physical inspections of the communities and familiarity with their many systems.
 


Unlike Property Developers and Real Estate Agencies, the management of properties is our ONLY business.



We don't build or sell homes. Paul Associates' first priority is the management of your community. We carefully analyze and limit our portfolio to ensure that our dedicated property managers have the time to manage each community effectively and provide them with the attention they deserve. We provide a full range of services including property management, financial services, and maintenance services (with our in-house maintenance department). Our current portfolio includes all types of community associations – Cooperatives, Condominiums, and Homeowners Associations – throughout the D.C. metropolitan area.
